Having lived in McLeod County and Hutchinson the majority of my life, I feel this offers to my Buyers & Sellers a strong understanding of the area.
Owning a Real Estate Company before merging with Edina Realty, has given to me a well rounded education into the dedication it takes to provide the best services to my clients. As a real estate professional I continue to upgrade my education of which my highest achievements have been; obtaining my Brokers license and passing the 4Hr test the first time. However my personal favorite was obtaining my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation. Only approximately 10% of realtor’s nation wide achieve and obtain this designation.
In my personal life I am married to Doug Dwinnell, together we own Auto Xpress in Hutchinson, where my hubby created “Duals By Doug”. Our family is growing almost yearly. We have four children of whom two are now married, so we have a new daughter-in-law and one son-in-law which give us six children. We also have been blessed with three Grandsons: Austin, Mason & Manny, whom I love to spoil.
When not spending time with family and friends I enjoy riding on our Harley, boating, gardening, sewing, and entertaining at our home on Lake Erie.
